Cardio Tennis is an upbeat hi-energy fun workout session ideal for tennis players and non-tennis players keen to improve their fitness. We offer cardio tennis at Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club in Flintshire and Helsby Tennis Club in Cheshire. So if you are keen to improve your fitness levels come along and try it out! You’ll love it ! Cardio tennis currently takes place on Tuesdays at 7-8pm. You can pay per session or pay upfront for a block of lessons to save money. No fitness or tennis ability is required. You determine your own pace. Improve your tennis skills and fitness at the same time. It is great fun and very sociable and no one is judging your tennis shots as they are simply too busy! Players are constantly on the move. Most people will burn between 300-600 calories an hour, the maximum so far has been 850 calories in one hour!
