Liverpool Round 1

Welcome to round 1 of the Liverpool tour! Fill in your player bio, and make sure you download the scorecard.

There are 3 challenges to complete – watch the videos below to see what you have to do.

You are awarded 10 extra points for each exercise that you improve on during the week! e.g gain an extra 10 points per exercise for all 3 = extra 30 points!

First round skills are designed to be practiced throughout the week so you can keep improving your scores, by Wednesday of each week you will face the Semi Final Challenges and then finally the Final on Saturday when you will face your toughest challenge yet, where you will have to try and beat Mike’s score!

Add the end of the week, you will add up all of your scores and we will see if anyone has made it on to the hall of fame!

Make sure you send Mike some photos / videos and share on social media!
