When and where?
These great sessions will be taking place at Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club starting on Saturdays at 9-10am. The course starts on the 15th August for 6 weeks. Our course at 10-11am fully sold out in 1 week, so please do book ASAP!
Over three years ago, I attended a tennis beginners session at Helsby tennis club, run by their coach Mike Herd. At the age of 48 and having not played any tennis since the age of 15, I was a little apprehensive to say the least! However, I was surprised to find how enjoyable the coaching sessions were.
Mike is very approachable, patient, encouraging individuals of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, to become the best player they can be. My overall fitness has improved significantly and together with a strict diet I have lost 4 stone in weight. Thanks to Mike’s coaching I have found a sport I really enjoy playing and still continue to improve in!
